THE APPROACH
Katie Hastings AIA is a sole-practitioner licensed architect providing a full range of architectural services for residential projects of all types and sizes in and around Austin, TX.
She typically begins by discussing the overall project goals with a client, and if needed can help determine the feasibility of a project on a certain property. She can then take a project from schematic design through the development of drawings for pricing, permitting, and construction. During construction, she can also act as the liaison between the client and their selected builder to see the project through construction successfully.
She has an appreciation for many different styles of architecture, but her favorite projects incorporate both modern architectural details and styling with more classic elements to create warm, interesting spaces in which to live, whether it is a remodel or a new build.
