Two-story custom home in the Bryker Woods neighborhood of Austin TX, thoughtfully planned with plenty of flexible spaces including a bonus 3rd-floor game room, and a large screened-in back porch overlooking a Heritage pecan tree and a small pool. It was important to the owners to both blend into the character and scale of the neighborhood, while also creating a home with a modern feel that maximizes livable area for their family, allows for easy entertaining, and showcases their art collection.
