New two-story custom home in the Bryker Woods neighborhood of Austin TX, thoughtfully planned with plenty of flexible spaces for a family of five including a bonus 3rd-floor game room barely visible from the street, a large screen porch, and a detached garage with ADU above. It was important to the owners to both blend into the character and scale of the neighborhood, while also creating a home with a modern feel that maximizes livable area for their family.  The house seems to nestle into four protected trees on the site, both preserving the trees and allowing the family to enjoy them.
